1. Membership Structure
Eka Fitness Gym operates a self-service gym model.
2. Membership Fees and Payments
- Fees grant access based on your selected plan.
- Fees may remain payable unless cancelled before billing date.
- Payments are charged to your card at the start of each cycle.
- Failed payments may be retried, and outstanding balances remain payable.
3. Price Changes and Renewals
- Membership prices may be adjusted with notice.
- Membership renews automatically unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation and Membership Hold
- Cancellation can be made through the website or customer care.
- Membership may be frozen for limited days per calendar year, subject to policy.
5. Access, Health, and Risk
- Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.
- You confirm you are medically fit and assume risks of physical activity.
- Eka Fitness is not liable for injury, illness, death, theft, or loss of property.
6. Hygiene, Conduct, and Dress Code
- Use towels, clean equipment after use, and maintain hygiene.
- Keep the gym clean: no food on the floor, no smoking in the gym and its environment, and only water or sealed drinks are allowed.
- Selling of any kind is not allowed within the gym and its surroundings by members.
- Follow staff instructions. Breaches may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
- No harassment, violence, drugs, alcohol, weapons, or abusive behavior.
- Proper gym attire and closed training shoes are required.
7. Equipment, Belongings, and Media
- Use equipment as intended and report faults immediately.
- Lockers and belongings remain at member risk.
- Photography/video must follow gym privacy rules and consent requirements.
8. Legal Terms
- Members waive claims for losses or damages arising from gym use.
- Terms are governed by the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Eka Fitness may update these terms at any time.
